Moombahton

Dillon Francis never disappoints when it comes to a Moombahton song. He took one of his Dubstep songs, Beautician, and turned it into a slow rolling Moombahton tune:

Supposedly this is the first Moombahton song, which was created by Dave Nada during one of his brother’s garage parties, and started the craze for a slower tempo in electronic music:

There are many mixed opinions about Diplo (aka Major Lazer), some would say that he is an amazing electronic producer, while others would say he’s a huge dick. I tend to believe the latter after seeing other artists talk about him; nevertheless, he makes some amazing EDM songs. Just because an artist seems like an asshole (cough cough Kanye West), it doesn’t mean you need to dislike their music:
