Armin at his best here with a progressive banger. Put this tune on tonight if you’re trying to party. It’s a great track all around, if I didn’t know any better I might say it sounds more like Tiesto than AVB though. I could see this track going the fuck off in a festival set.

Summer is upon us and the nothing beats sunshine accompanied with the epicness of Progressive/Electro House. I’ve got some old and some new tunes for ya’ll today. I thought I had already shared this Hook N Sling masterpiece, but apparently I have not. Its a great build up all the way until the end. Mario Larrera is about to explode and I have a feeling his remix of “Dice” will put him on the map. Lastly, is a mix I found when Turntable.fm first came out, one of the DJ’s turned out to be an unknown producer called Serik.Me, who did some producing after his full-time job. I was surprised that the song he was playing was his and I hope he continues to come out with more material like “This Is My Jam.”

Edit: Didn’t realize I made a repost of the Firebeatz tune, so I added one of my favorite songs from Tiesto’s Club Life Vol 2: Miami. It’s a monster.

Deadmau5 feat. Chris James – The Veldt [Vocal Mix]

Deadmau5 finally released the vocal version of “The Veldt” yesterday. If you follow Deadmau5, then you will know the background of how this song came to be. The producer has many live video feeds on uStream and this was one of the instrumentals he was making for his fans. One of his fans turned out to be singer Chris James, who submitted his vocals to accompany the vocals. Deadmau5 liked them so much that he put them on the official mix. Hola sorry for the absence but today I’ve got four new real tight beats from all kinds of genres. I got the Proper Villains’ remix of Rihanna’s “Birthday Cake” with some sexy vocals from the lady and hard drops from the fellas. Then we got Archie and his sweet and smooth progressive house beats. He really is rising fast and I’m very excited everytime I see something new from him. Next up is a remix of Calvin Harris & Ne-Yo’s “Let’s Go” which adds a little extra something lacking from the original to really get you shaking. Finally there is a remix of the 90s song “My Own Worst Enemy” which if you know the song you should recognize the the progression the synths make. Enjoy.
