The full remix package of Nicky Romero and NERVO’s stunning progressive house track “Like Home” has been released on Beatport and the remix that stands out the most is Dillon Francis’. We first heard a rip of this from BBC Radio 1 and a couple mixtapes, but now we get to have our hands on the full studio version. If you’ve listened to these rips before then you already had a basic idea of what to expect, so only the intro and outro may seem new to you. Francis continues to impress us with this downtempo instrumental melody; you can support the artist by purchasing the track from Beatport below:

Macklemore – Thrift Shop (Ravi Remix)

Author:

Formerly known as Sex Ray Vision, Ravi is no newcomer to the EDM scene, and reinstates himself with a new remix of Macklemore’s “Thrift Shop.” It can be hard to maintain your fans you’ve had once you switch your name, but if he continues to throw out tracks like this then he will have no trouble gaining that same momentum. Great free song for the weekend, grab it below:

A-Trak, Kimbra & Mark Foster – Warrior (What So Not Remix)

Author:

I just learned today that one of my favorite rising Australian producers, Flume, is one half of What So Not alongside Emoh Instead. You might remember What So Not from their monster remix of Major Lazor’s “Get Free” earlier this year. They released their new remix of A-Trak, Kimbra & Mark Foster’s tune “Warrior” for free on Soundcloud. The result is they do not let up and produce a dope track somewhere between trap, moombah and dub. Flume is set to have a monster year in my mind, his new self-titled album on the Future Classic imprint drops this Friday, November 9th and I’m hearing only good things. I’m going to include a sample track from Flume’s new album, “Holdin’ On,” as well as “I Met You,” his collaboration with one of my favorite ladies in dance music and fellow Aussie, Anna Lunoe.

Dillon Francis – Bootleg Fireworks (Burning Up)

Author:

Dillon Francis is two for two with his collaborated mix “Here 2 China” off of Calvin Harris’ album yesterday and today’s “Bootleg Fireworks (Burning Up).” I might as well say that Dillon Francis is doing an unbelievable job these past few months and it’s awesome to see him try out new styles, but nothing makes me happier than a good old fashion Moombahton track from him. Released off of Calvin Harris’ label, Flye Eye Records, the track is available for purchase today off of iTunes, where you can find the link below. I also included the “Here 2 China” snippet off of his Soundcloud for your earballs to enjoy.

Daft Punk – Robot Rock (Alex S. Remix) + Make It Bun Dem Remix

Author:

Found this remix while I was going through my iTunes today and was going to share it for the weekend playlist, but thought a Tuesday night would fit more suitably. Huge Moombahton remix of Daft Punk’s “Robot Rock” from Alex S., who never fails to bring energy into one of his tracks. On a side note, I included his remix of Skrillex’s “Make It Bun Dem.” There have been a ton of remixes out for Skrillex’s track due to the remix competition on Beatport. Alex S. keeps the track upbeat and bass heavy while maintaining his epic originality. Give them a play and download the “Robot Rock” remix for free below:
