Electro Vibin’ [Electro House]

It’s been awhile since I have made a post with solely electro tracks, so I think it is fitting to make a fairly big post with only electro house tracks. If I sat here and wrote about each track it would start to get boring, and I know you are here for the music, so just go ahead and listen to some tunes.

David Heartbreak – Elmo (Extasy. LSD. Marijuana, Oxycontin) (Incl. Remixes)

I love it when I get to make a post regarding local talent, especially within Charlotte. David Heartbreak may be one of those guys, but he’s no small fish. In the underground world of Moombahton, David Heartbreak is considered a legend. I present to you one of his new tracks “Elmo” off his upcoming 128 & Heartbreak EP. As the title of the EP suggests, The tracks are going to be more club bangers at 128 bpm instead of his normal slower bpm tracks. The track “Elmo” also came with a remix package. The package includes J-Trick, Valentino Khan, & Danilo. The first three are all within the Dutch House/Moombahton realm, but the Danilo remix has a huge big room drop with hilarious elmo lyrics right before the drop. Also I’m a huge fan of J-Trick so go support him on Facebook & check out his plethora of free tracks on Soundcloud, especially the newby “Wanksta”. The last remix is a Dubstep track by Valentino Khan, who produced the T.I. track “Loud Mouth”. I’m planning on doing an artist post for him so keep posted if you like his remix.

Afrojack & R3hab – Prutataaa (Incl. Remixes)

Finally the remixes for “Prutataaa” are out. If you don’t remember this was Afrojack’s huge hit he introduced at Ultra last year with R3hab. This moment also seemed to be R3habs breakout moment. Amazingly these remixes revived my fascination with the track all over again. The remixes were a day late, but luckily I survived. My favorite of the bunch is Angger Dimas‘ remix, followed by the random Darth & Vader, and lastly is Dada Life’s remix. Also I have a really nice unofficial moombahton remix for the moombahton fans out there.

Afrojack – Lost & Found Pt. II [Album]

If you’re an Afrojack fan like I am, then you knew about this way back when the first couple singles started to be leaked. Now the EP just came out on Wall Records and it’s filled with unreleased Afrojack goodness. Some of the songs you may have heard before, but as you know Afrojack, he has quite the arsenal of unreleased tracks. Enjoy this since I don’t expect Afrojack to have a huge upcoming release anytime soon, unless it’s his remix of Tinie Tempah called “Pass Out“.

Chuckie – Who Is Ready To Jump (Incl. Remixes) [Release]

The one comment I have for the original track, why so short? I’m pretty sure, like most people who are into the same music as I, that the first time you heard Chuckie’s track, “Who Is Ready To Jump“, you literally started jumping up and down jamming out hard. Well you’re all in for round two with these remixes. All five of the official remixes kills it in it’s own way. Dada Life as expected put their signature style of high energy electro that they always seem to bring to the table. Of the three unknowns my favorites would be the Ryan Riback and Albert Neve remixes, so I left out the Glowinthedark remix to give you 3 other unofficial remixes. Both the two tracks give off some big room electro vibes that just scream rave! All those remixes are good in all, but one really stuck out, Dillon Francis. I was really intrigued as to what this song would sound like, and shizaam was I pleasantly surprised. Dillon Francis chose to go on more of a dubstep/electro route and it sounds so good. It is a perfect way to be ending the year, thank you Mr. Francis.

Angger Dimas – Kitchen EP [Release]

Today marks a significant day in history, where Angger Dimas, a world famous producer, puts Moombahton on global level through Laidback Luke’s well know label, Mixmash Records. If you like moombahton then Anger Dimas just handed you the holy grail. All three songs have all the hip swinging, high pitched synths, electro, and big bass claps and drums that make moombahton so damn sexy. The only true moombahton song would be “Kitchen” since it is 110 bpm, but they all posses qualities of the moombahton genre.
