UKF Dubstep recently put up the latest from Electronic producer Feed Me, who did a collaboration with another artist Gemini. Its a fast paced electro melody into a dubstep drop. This is a great pairing between two artists, you get the electro synths from Feed Me, who gets help on the drop from Gemini. I added a bonus song of Gemini’s, which Bassnectar has played multiple times when I’ve seen him live. Check out both below:
Picking up where Spatrick left off this morning with that nice track from Rusko and Cypress Hill, all of my tracks today feature the combination of dubstep and hip hop. I love this shit, I’m a big fan of the collaboration between these two genres. Todays post has songs from well known artists like Skream, Terravita, Figure, Dream, and Wick-It The Instigator, as well as tracks from lesser well known artists like Bassex, Hugs&Drugs, and St. Johns Dance. Kinda cool, the picture above of Skream with Youngman and Sgt. Pokes was taken at Skream & Benga on 11.11.2011 at Fabric London, which I was at. Finally, half of the tracks feature US based rappers and the other half have UK based rappers. Enjoy.
Fans of Cypress Hill are going to enjoy this one. Although Rusko has been hard at work on his upcoming album “Songs,” he’s been doing a side project with west-coast rap group Cypress Hill. The album is going to feature five songs, with both of the artists on each track. The release date for the EP will be in early April; however, SPIN magazine was kind enough to give us all a free song off of their website. “Roll It, Light It” is definitely something different, but its one of the better collaborations that I’ve seen between an electronic and non-electronic artist.
Fuck yeah, it’s Friday and I’ve got a bunch of great dubstep tracks for you to blast all day long as we head into the weekend. I could go on about how every track is so fucking fire, or whomps so hard.. but I’d rather just tell you I have some really fine tunes for you to check out today from the likes of Knife Party, Krewella, Flinch, The Digital Connection, Xilent, and Love Thy Brother. Enjoy.
I’ve three songs today and one can be for different parts of your day. The song for the morning is Pretty Lights’ new song which is listed as hip-hop soul and is very laid back. Next is a remix of a Nero song that has still yet to release but Nero sent the song over to Delta Heavy to promote the release. Finally for the night time, KillaGraham absolutely destroys it in his new original “Drop It,” and that’s exactly what he does. He definitely moved up on my list after this song. Enjoy.
