Leave it to Seven Lions and Minnesota to come out with a track that infuses all different genre’s of electronic music into one glitchy, bassed out mix. Mimi Page opens up the track with her atmospheric vocals, leading into a constant progression of sounds. This one’s being offered up for free off of OWSLA’s subscription service, The Nest; however if you aren’t subscribed to that service, you can grab it from Seven Lion’s Soundcloud below.

Bunji Garlin – Differentology (Major Lazer Remix)
Can’t believe I haven’t shared this track with you all yet as it is a must have for this summer. Bunji Garlin provides the vocals in this uplifting track, while Major Lazer kicks it up a notch for those festival plays. You can check out both the remix and original mix below, be sure to grab it from Major Lazer’s Soundcloud since it’s a free download.
Disclosure – You & Me (Baauer Remix)
During his set at this year’s Coachella Music Festival, Baauer announced that he wasn’t sure whether he could play this track, yet ended up premiering his remix to Disclosure’s “You & Me.” Legal obligations aside, it was our first glimpse at something a little different from the artist who is known for his trap productions and the “Harlem Shake” video meme that spread like wildfire. The remix will be released on May 21st, in the meantime you can listen to the track below from his Soundcloud.
Knife Party – Haunted House EP
After months of waiting for their VIP version of “Internet Friends” to be released, Knife Party is back with the Haunted House EP, sporting another three original tracks on top of the VIP mix. They still maintain the intensity in every one of these tracks, but attempt to distance themselves from what people refer to them as: Dubstep artists. The opening track, “Power Glove,” has had a preview floating around since Knife Party uploaded it to their Soundcloud and is the most reminiscent of their massiveness. In “LRAD” they test out a deep jungle beat, which had people up in arms about this stylistic change. There is the VIP version of “Internet Friends,” which needs no introduction. And finally the last track to close, “EDM Death Machine,” has got to be my favorite track off of the EP since it has a nice blend of the old and new. The official release of the Haunted House EP is May 5th, nevertheless, we have full streams for each track below. We’ll update the post with the purchase links once they come out.

Hucci – The Leaves Are Brown
Hucci is one of the up and coming trap artists in the game right now. The 17 year old producer from the UK has been featured in sets by Flosstradamus, Baauer, and many others. Sampling the famous “California Dreaming, ” he slows down the classic into a full-based trap anthem. The fusion of the 1960s and 2010s is quite interesting to say the least. Press play and give it a listen!

Also, if you’re not familiar with the Australian beatmaster Ta-Ku, check out the recent guest mix he did for Potato or his Boiler Room LA set.
